• The high-flex drag chain cable is a specially designed wire product with excellent flexibility, suitable for applications requiring frequent  bending and  movement. It is typically constructed with high-quality conductors and flexible insulation materials,  offering outstanding  abrasion resistance and durability to ensure reliability and stability in various harsh environments. The high-flex cable is widely used  in machinery, automated production lines, cable carrier systems, portable equipment, and other applications where electrical connection  wires need to be highly flexible and durable.
• Structure:
• Conductors: High-flex drag chain cables typically consist of multiple flexible conductors, often made of materials like copper or aluminum.  These conductors are soft and easily bendable.
• Insulation Layer: Each conductor is insulated with a layer of insulation material, commonly polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyethylene (PE),  to prevent electrical shorts between conductors and provide protection.
• Outer Sheath: All conductors are typically covered by an outer sheath, which protects the conductors and insulation layers from mechanical  damage and environmental factors. The outer sheath is often made of durable and corrosion-resistant materials.
• Characteristics: Waterproof, oil resistant, abrasion-resistant, tensile, UV resistant, flame retardant and other characteristics;                        Using high-quality nitrile mixture, with high tensile and wear-resistant strength, it meets the requirements of frequent bending of cables.  The designed cycle bending life is 8 million times, and the actual use has exceeded 10 million times.
